Q & A
Q: I just bought a bike bike from your company, but I'm not sure which of the included bikes in the manual to set the wheel diameter. Could you help me check?
A: Because the wheel diameter can vary slightly due to tire pressure and the rider's weight,
Also, the rim sizes vary slightly from manufacturer to manufacturer,
Therefore, we recommend that you actually measure your wheel circumference, and the data you get will be the most accurate!
The measurement method is to align the valve of your front wheel at a point on the ground,
Then push the car forward until the valve returns to the ground
The actual length of this segment is your wheel diameter
For example: the actual measured distance for this segment is 215 cm (cm),
Then please enter "2150" on the stopwatch (the stopwatch sets the unit in mm).
Q: After resting for a while, do I need to press the button to activate the speedometer and pedal speed functions, or do I automatically activate them while riding?
A: When the wireless stopwatch has a sleeping power-saving mode, if you stop to rest for more than 15 minutes during the ride, the stopwatch will automatically enter sleep mode. So when you need to start again, remember to press the stopwatch to wake it up (for wired stopwatches, recording will start automatically as the wheels turn, so there's no need to wake the stopwatch separately). This will help you keep a more complete record of your ride. Also, a reminder: when your ride ends, you can remove the stopwatch from its stand and store it properly, which will further extend the battery life.
Q:May I ask what to do if the stopwatch keeps not receiving it?
A: Please assist with the following confirmations:
(1) Confirm whether the stopwatch has a bracket installed (only with the bracket mounted can it detect detection).
(2) Confirm whether the wheel diameter value is set (please enter the correct wheel diameter and do not set it to zero).
(3) Please ensure the battery power of both the main unit and transmitter is sufficient (signal transmission will also be displayed when power is low).
(4) After directly installing the transmitter, check whether the sensor has received a signal and displays the value (if sensed, it will display the value).
(5) Please confirm that the sensor installation angle is correct (the installation distance between transmitter and magnet must be less than 0.5cm).
If the above tests still do not detect the values, please contact our company for further testing procedures
Q: When riding in heavy rain, does the speed suddenly change on the meter?
A: Usually, sudden heavy rain causes water to temporarily accumulate between the bracket and the watch, affecting signal reception. Next time you encounter this, it's recommended to adjust the watch holder vertically to allow water to drain smoothly, or dry the contact on the back of the bracket and watch body after riding. This should help improve this issue.
Q: If the product has an abnormality, how should I send it for testing?
A: You can first send the original product directly through the original store to the authorized dealer for inspection; Alternatively, you can send it back to our company for inspection to identify the cause of the abnormality and then decide how to handle it later.
If you wish to return it yourself, please include your contact number, name, address, reason for repair, purchase date, store name, product warranty card, and a return envelope (please include the postage of 40 NTD). Once received, we will arrange for inspection as soon as possible. If there are any additional charges, we will contact and confirm with you in advance! (The general process takes about 14 business days and may vary depending on the actual situation.)
